      It’s just my opinion but if you are seeking an excellent, well-designed, incredibly robust icon theme, I think Erik DuBois’ work is hard to beat.

      If you have not seen Sardi and are looking for an icon theme that is truly eye pleasing (to my old eyes) check this out:

            By way of full disclosure… yes, my vast riches come, almost entirely, from recommending free tools & software to people. I can honestly say, that I am working towards my objective of being independently poor. Unlike many, I was born with a plastic spoon in my mouth! πŸ˜‰ :))

            Honestly tough, I generally switch between two icon sets. Flat-Remix & Sardi. I do fiddle a lot with making certain all the icons look pretty to my old eyes.
