Hi I want to say Hello again.
The first time was with antiX 8.2. I’ve been a distrohopper for years, I couldn’t stick with just one distro.
I’ve installed antiX 19 beta 3 with stable repositories this time because I’m lazy for upgrading to Sid at the moment.
During installation I noticed the lack of option for choosing between Sid, Testing, Stable as there was before. Everithing is running fine.
I’ve got amazed how much polished and cute it looks today, although I used to like a lot how antiX was before and I’ve missed the presence of Ceni, my favorite application for wireless connection and some other cli apps, but I can install cli apps by myself, obviously.
I’m enjoying antiX a lot again. Thank you anticapitalista!

      Everything is a text file.

Hello mcx , it was certainly a good decision to have another look at antiX .
Wow, antiX8, that was maybe 10 years ago, my first installation was antix13. Six years ago I guess, since then antiX is my distro No.1

Somewhere in this forum there is a thread where anti asks if the choice between stable , testing and sid during installation should be kept.
I also decided to take it out better, during this discussion. But now I get more and more my doubts whether it is the right way for antiX to please and be comfortable to everyone.
I remember very well that just not being pleasing to everyone, going it’s own way, I immediately noticed and liked about antiX,
Yes and ceni is away, there is a conflict between ceni and connman, afaik.
Anyway, enjoy the party, welcome to the forum.

Personally I like being on the bleeding edge…. I’d like an easy. obvious way to choose. Welcome.
