      Hello Everyone,

      I just downloaded the latest Antix (on my Linux Mint system).

      Can you point me to the procedure for creating live boot DVD and USB?

      Thanks in advance,

      John.

        Howdy and Welcome. While I usually use the dd command using a linux terminal

        sudo dd if=/path/to/file.iso of=/dev/sdh bs=4M status=progress && sync

        But that requires me to make sure and check that usb has been unmounted by me before running the above command .

        Does not Mint Linux have a lot of gui easy to use tools for making live bootable usb drives?
        Also image burning tools in Mint also? Because any tool Mint has for this. Should work just fine I would think. Just mentioning this in case you
        did not think of this.

        How to make the USB stick?
        Using mintStick

        mintStick is installed by default in Linux Mint.

        Launch “USB Image Writer” from the menu, select your ISO image and your USB device and press “Write to device”.
