      me sound card is Reltek, and its drivers are Realtek HD Audio, but its drivers are only for an old kernel,
      I know those are the drivers since those drivers worked for windows 8.

                You have a device known for sound issues no matter which distro you chose.
                Please go to below site which deals with your specific sound device
                https://github.com/plbossart/UCM/tree/master/byt-rt5640

                You may be better off using a USB Soundcard with linux support.
                Threads I found in the net end in admission of failure to get internal sound
                working.But you may be lucky.
