@techore “I feel for you and the other moderators. A running fight with Wordfence has got to be painful.”

Indeed however, I wonder if mods reading this might consider adopting an alternative forum software? I mean, the forum software used by MX Linux is IMO, far more intuitive and user-friendly than which is employed here. No offence intended but rather constructive (I hope) comment.

Hi Xunzi_23, I am running Grup Yurum (Antix 22). Do you mean to run Antix 23 Beta in live mode and update fsck packages (efsprogs) that way? I am also wondering if I have full read-write enabled on /home as I had issues when trying to copy backup of my Devuan /home folder/s to Antix from my external drive as read on looking for C12 errors and found an old GNU/Linux posting from 2012 about read/write not being enabled. Here are the results from the ls -lh /etc/fstab command:

        -rw-r–r– 1 root root 923 Apr 22 12:10 /etc/fstab

Decided to do a fresh install and no more issues with fsck – why? because I chose automated install. I normally like to setup / on 80 Gb at start of drive, then create and Extended (Logical Partition) with swap at the end and everything in front as /home. Anyhoo, back to normal!
