I’d wait on dist-upgrade till I got the key error fixed first. The key error is not a show killer on dist-upgrade though. It can be done even by ignoring the gpg key missing error. Just passing on info is all.
I ran a testing AntiX 14 install for years till the Desktop hardware died from old age. Debian Jessie repos are good till june 30 2020. So you still have lot’s of wiggle room.
