        Watch some videos

        https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFWlej2CSKlXW5uE9opXukQ

        or

sudo dpkg < path to deb file downloaded goes here>

If you watch the videos. You will learn about synaptic and gdebi.

Sure don’t why you posted though, with no info included.

A number of ways. Rocky pointed out the usual way though this will not update the menus as well as dependencies sometimes.
Running as root or with sudo, you can run
          apt install /path/to/deb/file
which should take care of the menu building and dependencies.
For example with a deb package in the user Downloads folder
          apt install ~/Downloads/myapp-1.0.0_amd64.deb

There are GUI ways to install .deb files too- antiX comes with gdebi pre-installed- using yout file manager, right click a .deb file and choose to run it with gedbi.
But using gdebi is no longer advisable because it does not do everything that “sudo apt install [your_file.deb]” does (ex: menu building, etc).
I created a small script that serves as a GUI to use apt to install or purge packages – it’s available here https://gitlab.com/antix-contribs/contribs-goodies/-/blob/master/debinstaller
You can also have a “semi gui” way to isntall .deb files: open the terminal and type this command (do not press enter, leave an empty space in the end):

            gksu apt install
Now, using your file manager, drag the .deb file you want to the terminal and then press enter- you even get a pop up window to enter your password, if that is needed.

                sudo dpkg -i [your-deb-file.deb]
