A) Do you want to Uninstall Chromium?
If so, use the same method that you used to install it. One method to do so:

Control Center > System > Package Installer

Find Chromium, tick it and Uninstall it.

B) Do you want to hide chromium from the Applications > Internet Submenu?
Go to Menu Editor:

Control Center > Maintenatce > Menu Editor
Form The Menu Editor, Select Applications > Hide
Search for Chromium, select it, and click Hide/OK
You can now refresh the menu and it will dissapear (but it will still be installed).

C) Have you uninstalled Chromium but it does not dissapear from the Applications > Internet submenu?

Hit Update menu in the menu. now you shouldn’t find it anymore in the Applications menu.
