      Please tell me how-to flush DNS (similar to “ipconfig /flushdns” in Windows) and network-related programs?

        It depends on what program is managing the dns assignation and masking.
        If using connman
        sudo service connman restart
        If using resolvconf
        sudo service resolvconf restart
        if using dnsmasq,
        sudo service dnsmasq restart
