Tagged: chroot install, debootstrap
Hello,
I’m trying to install antiX-21 on Acer Chromebook Spin 11 (R751T). I’ve used chrx script (https://chrx.org/) to repartition the internal drive and then rebooted to antiX-21 live USB. Installation finished successfully but after restart notebook didn’t boot. Then I had to do full recovery of ChromeOS to restore original bootloader and start over again, just this time without installing bootloader.
GaliumOS and Ubuntu installs fine using chrx because installation is done using chroot and debootstrap from withing ChromeOS.
Has anybody installed antiX using chroot and debootstrap and perhaps could share instructions how to accomplish this?
