What happens when you try the above?
Are you using default repos? Post them (inxi -r).

—–I’ve got the error message when I used ‘sudo apt install lazarus’
So I use ‘sudo apt install lazarus-ide’ for instead. It worked with no error, but when I lunch the program, it showed I lack something.
So, I installed ‘gdb’
But when I want to install ‘fpc’ and ‘fpc-source’, I got the error:

::I tried again using antiX 17.2 and modified sourcelist and
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade
sudo apt install fpc gdb lazarusit works!!

::Great! You don’t need dev in the sources list any more since those needed debs that were in dev have been moved to the main repos.
