This is an add-on, not a plugin
In Windows, for Firefox to see the plugin need:
plugin.load_flash_only — false
plugin.scan.plid.all – trueIn the userscript ViewTube change application/x-vlc-plugin to application/x-shockwave-flash

Last supported VLC browser plugin for debian was for jessie (debia 8). That was long ago (antiX 17 is Debian 9, antiX 19 y Debian 10):

Some people keep trying to fix the VLC plugin for web-browsers (no idea if it will work with firefox) here:
https://code.videolan.org/videolan/npapi-vlcNot antiX/linux fault. Not possible for antiX/linux to give a perfect solution.
