Firefox 74 now released and downloaded. As usual recommend to (put on tin hat) disconnect from internet before first start. Changes to Mozilla website are a pain, kept offering me FF in wrong language due analysis of my IP, and refusing to follow the language selector. We do respect our users !!, or not.
In the end searching directly for the US English version got me what I need.
Remove hidden extensions unless you want them. Add user js and policys j.son as described in previous posts. Make any other changes as you wish. H264 extension is downloaded after first run if allowed. My user.js blocks it. I do not want web rtc.
You can install no script or other extensions before connecting to the net. I do.
Obvious to me, Changes which might affect users: Aside from a number of security fixes.

disabled TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 to improve your website connections. Sites that don’t support TLS version 1.2 will now show an error page.
Add-ons installed by external applications can now be removed using the Add-ons Manager (about:addons).
Maybe some of the other “imrovements” will be problematic. G Hacks by Martin Brinkman is worth watching, not just for firefox.
Look for GHacks user.js changes too. Moz changes setting names to improve your user experience, often inadvertently grabbing your data while doing so.
Have fun M
