How to manage Adobe Flash Player ?

Good evening, several public services have requested Adobe Flash Player to download Image archives and of course it is not present on my system. Is it possble to install Flash Player or not ?

Yes it is via the packageinstaller or synaptic or apt-get install adobe-flashplugin adobe-flash-properties-gtk

I apologize for that new question : I tried Adobe Flash Player yesterday on querying on that archives website but they said that this version is too old ! they require the Version number 7….!
