Update it’s in etc/hosts
========================================
Hi, I need to unblock Google Analytics (it appears blocked by default).
I’m guessing there is a hosts type file somewhere & I need to find the URL/IP & comment the line(s) out.
The file you are searching for is /etc/hosts
You must edit as root by commenting out the line with #. Best is to use the search function of the file manager for google-analytics.
Just curious – why do you need google-analytics unblocked?
BTW, I see 5 different blocked hosts call google-analytics in the /etc/hosts file, so which ones?!:
google-analytics.com
ssl.google-analytics.com
http://www.google-analytics.com
www-google-analytics.l.google.com
googleanalytics.com
Regards,
Jim
