If possible I would like to upgrade from version 17 to 19 with “apt dist-upgrade”. Then I guess I have to edit the repository list in the software source manager – what are the new sources?

Before you attempt the upgrade, make sure you fix any possible ‘Expired key’ issues otherwise, it will fail miserably.
Back up all your important data too.
If it fails, remember you get to ‘pick up the pieces’ (as they say).Philosophers have interpreted the world in many ways; the point is to change it.

And don’t be surprised if your system is still called antiX17 in all outputs afterwards. This readout will not change.
That way it is always obvious where you started from.You can change it manually,though.Ok. But the system does not say ver. 16, which I started with. Anyway, thanks.
