Dear All,
As you know, the European Community imposes all websites to ask for the user’s consent for the use of cookies. The possibility to refuse all cookies or to accept a part of the cookies necessary for the proper functioning of the site must always be presented.
Developers have found a way to highlight the fact that all cookies are accepted. On some banners, you have to search to find the options to refuse or accept a part of the cookies and it becomes very tiring to go from site to site and to look for the option to refuse each time.
Through this thread, I would like to share with the antiX community in Europe, that there is a plugin for Google Chrome and also for Firefox called “I don’t care about cookies”.
This little plugin works straight away when installed. It answers for us that we refuse cookies. There is a small circle above the window to access a whitelist to complete. So far, I have not had to complete this whitelist because all sites work well according to the new European legislation.
You can watch the youtube video below if you are hesitant to install the plugin.
The video is in French but you can ask youtube to translate it into your language.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BksYTRpFUdw
With this plugin, I don’t have to respond to cookies to come to the antiX forum.
All my sympathy to the antiX community.

::Hi Wallon, in Germany that is for the faries. One of the best negative examples is heise.de, ct, magazine online
there are many more who do not care about or follow EU regulations with regard to cookies or tracking..The responsible data protection officers generaly search for and take on much easier targets, or just sleep all day
on comfy office chairs while waiting for forgotten black briefcases..All common browsers can be set to auto accept all cookies, no plugin needed. Most also have blocking capability and
the possibility to exempt some sites.- This reply was modified 9 months, 1 week ago by ModdIt.
