I see that Debian unstable also has 6.3.3 now, heere is how I installed it.
1. I changed the debian.list repo list to uncomment the unstable (go to antiX control centre, system, edit config files, debian.list tab)
###### Debian Unstable/Sid##########
###### Use at your own risk! ########
deb http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/ unstable main contrib non-free
###deb-src http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/ unstable main contrib non-free
#deb http://www.deb-multimedia.org sid main non-free
2. Open synaptic
3. Reload
4. Mark libreoffice to upgrade (this caused many other packages to be marked)
5. Apply (say Yes to question to allow restart of services)
6. exit synaptic
7. change debian repo list to comment out unstable again (reverse change to debian.list above)
That fixed my problem of having both versions on the menu also (see pic)
