      Hello,

I was playing around, creating a theme for JWM and noticed that changing attributes in the <Inactive> tag doesn’t work. I then consulted the page of JWM (joewing.net) and saw that this tag is not to be found anywhere. This is why I assume that this tag is simply outdated and also the reason why the JWM themes can seem very strange: It’s because they currently do use this tag. It means inactive windows won’t change style when one changes a theme.

Without warranty, this can be fixed by doing these things in the terminal:

      cd ~/.jwm/themes
      sed -i 's/<\/Inactive>//g' *
      sed -i 's/<Inactive>//g' *

Of course, usual advice apply: Do this only if you understand what it does (eg don’t use these commands in any other directory) and have backups ready, especially of the themes directory.

Once updated, the themes look much nicer.

For the devs: Could the themes be updated, at least for a next big release?

      Thanks for being awesome!
