Latest gimp and libreoffice

Some users have requested an easy way to install the latest of these 2 applications.
So, now in packageinstaller, the 2 gimp options (basic and full) should pull versions 2.10.18 from MX buster test repo,
while there are now 2 options under Office for latest LO from Debian buster-backports (1.6.4)
There are also versions under Languages for those that need localized versions.
I have tested them, but not extensively.
Hopefully it should work without issues.

BTW wine staging is also available, but needs testing (I don’t use it so have no idea how it works)

Many thanks from old modderman and users,
this inclusion together with the antiX-Updater, notifier and further additions
to the package installer are very much appreciated.

Pulling full Gimp and Libreoffice already used. Worked perfectly.
The updated Libreoffice also works with improved Language Tool version 4.8 addon. Nice
further improvement.

Many thanks also to ppc bobc male for the implimetation and refining along with alternative
minimal notifier discussion and examples.

If you installed latest libreoffice via the package installer, you should see an update today.

Thanks, LO updated,

*We are still struggling to get Language tool to install and activate correctly on this latest LO version. For now having to stick with the integrated spell checker. Any suggestions or solutions are welcome.
