‘sudo apt install libgtk2.0-dev’ seems to resolve the dependencies correctly (will install a large bunch of additional stuff).
I did not proceed with the installation.- This reply was modified 1 year, 11 months ago by sybok. Reason: Add the '-r' (= '--repos' = repository) switch

edit:
Yes, I checked on antiX19 with stock (default) repositories and see that the Debian-maintained package does (stupidly, unnecessarily) declare a dependency on EXACTLY libgtk2.0-0 v2.24.32-3
…yet it (libgtk2.0-dev) is, in fact, installable on the antiX19 stock system when I checked just now.

I ranted about GnomeTeam, then edited my post again to redact the rant after I belatedly checked and discovered the -dev package is (here, on a tested system) still installable.May 27, 2021 at 12:41 pm #60280Memberbedna

Philosophers have interpreted the world in many ways; the point is to change it.

::Hi, thanks for the ‘inxi -Fxzr’ information.
My first guess would be the use of ‘backports’ which is said to be potentially dangerous, see this Debian-backports link.
Did you install some software outside of the repositories that might have some version of the affected library bundled within?
Apart from that, I have no idea.BTW: Zdravím z ČR do SR (soudě dle ‘sk’ repozitářů).
Edit: Oh, I was too late and after the mighty and wise anticapitalista.
