      {Since past experience, here talking is ESL}
      hello,
      This is a netbook with AntiX 17 Base: how to lock the session when machine goes into suspend.
      I think AntiX calls this feature Screen Blanking (CC → Session), no?

      Next, My mouse is placed left of netbook device, but Mouse Configuration does not persist across reboots.
      There, it is wrong said the way around, so my configuration for left hand mouse is select “Right hand layout”.

      my best compliments

          There is an option under “session” in the antiX Control Center for screen blanking. Antix 17 base doesn’t have suspend or hibernate enabled as far as I know, but there is a tutorial of sorts somewhere here in the forums on how to set up suspend/hibernate and it works.

            @caprea great, mouse is consistent now.
            @sleekmason found couple topics with relate discussion. They mention pm-utils and uswsusp. But it might be impolite to go off-topic on those.
            If you’ve said right, then I might had added pm-utils[…] It seems to be going into suspend, manually. I should dig later about automate suspension.
            But for now, how to trigger the lock when suspending, as currently, manual operation?

              It isn’t necessary for me to lock anything down so haven’t messed with it.

              Always been my experience that those who consider such things are the ones who never really need to worry:) Anyway, they all sound related to your topic, so no worries!
