::You are in a UEFI system, so you don’t have the Fn options. But you still have 2 options.
A. In Customize Boot (text menu), in the forth/fifth selection, you choose toram
B. At the bottom of your boot screen (not shown in your image, but should be there) it says
Press ‘e’ to edit entry
When you hit the ‘e’ key you can writetoramas a boot option. Then hit F10
it should be in the third line. Example:
... quiet splash=v disable=lx toram- This reply was modified 3 years ago by Xecure. Reason: spelling

::If you want to use the F keys like you are used to, can you set that computer to boot legacy bios and not UEFI?
Posting the specifications of that new computer would help

::Or reboot and choose the safe or failsafe option to see if it will boot to desktop (forget toram for now)

::Is it a new antiX 19.2.1 base or is it your special remaster?
What CPU and GPU are you using?
Some new computers will only boot with newer kernels, you could try the 4.19 kernel
https://sourceforge.net/projects/antix-linux/files/Final/antiX-19/4.19_kernel/antiX-19.2-4.19_kernel_x64-base.isoLet us know a bit more about the computer.
