Menu
      ModuleNotFoundError: no module named’xdg’
By the way, Vielen Dank an Koo und caprea für ihre prompte Hilfe.

About apps that were removed, you will need to check /var/log/apt/history.log
To fix the menu update issue, install python-xdg
        sudo apt install python-xdg
It is possible it was removed by some other package being uninstalled.
Are you running antiX 19 “vanilla” or have you changed the repos to “testing” (bullseye)?

Könntest du bitte auch das Ergebnis von
          inxi -r
hier posten.Vielleicht hast du ja auch in den Quellen was falsches eingetragen.

This is the thread you mentioned.

Could you please also check the result of
          inxi -r
Maybe you have entered something wrong in the sources, too.

                          Two posibilities:
                          A) inxi -r output did not get posted correctly.
                          B) Spam filter ate the post.

evets 501, please try to post the inxi -r output again if you can. Without it we cannot be sure what happend. It could even be that the system assigned to you an old repo mirror that isn’t updating properly. Maybe even a sudo apt-get update may not help.

                                  4: deb-src http://la.mxrepo.com/antix/sid sid main nosystemd nonfree

There you have the problem. Compare it with caprea’s sources:

                                  Active apt repos in: /etc/apt/sources.list.d/antix.list
1: deb https://mirror.eu.oneandone.net/linux/distributions/mx/packages/antix/buster/ buster main nonfree nosystemd

You activated all testing and sid repos and disabled buster repos for the antix.list

I don’t know where you read you had to enable these repos, but that definitely will not help keep your system working.
You could re-edit the antix.list file (manually or using Control centre > Maintenance > Repo Manager > Individual sources) to enable the first buster option and disable (comment) the rest of them. Then perform a sudo apt update and hope things don’t break on your side.
