      Is it possible to use mail applet with Claws mail? I want to receive notifications through applet in system tray, how can I setup it?

        Please give some usable information. antiX version and desktop as a minimum.

          Of course. AntiX 19, IceWM-Rox and already working Claws Mail with google account.

            Right now no time to check, I think settings in

            /home/yourusername /.icewm/preferences

            Will give what you need. There are several:
            # Show mailbox status on task bar.
            TaskBarShowMailboxStatus=1 # 0/1

            Is probably the one you need. # Show mailbox status on task bar.
            TaskBarShowMailboxStatus=0 # 0/1 is inactivated, 1 activated setting.

            Please do take a read through the preferences, ICE is very flexible.

              You can get a tray icon and notifications with the plugin claws-mail-multi-notifier.

                I can be wrong here, but the mail applet itself is just indicator and cant work by itself. I have found all this preferences already and I can turn it on, but it needs to be configured somehow to work with Claws Mail, if possible.

                This is MUST be thing that I need, but this plugin not work properly with gmail account. To fix this issue I need to compile claws mail rom source, its not an easy task for me, through.
