I have antiX 19.4 and a2-run it, without pulseaudio installed !
Can anyone please open a (any) browser.
Search for BitMidi
When there, click any midi title
You get choice : a..play b..download
Please check if you get playback on the net ( download is OK )If NO, what is possible solution , apart from installing PulseAudio ?
note1: I have been to the wiki, but it makes me none the wiser.

::Their in-page player depends on WebAssembly, aka Wasm.
Consider it a blessing-in-disguise that it did not load in your browser.https://www.virusbulletin.com/virusbulletin/2018/10/dark-side-webassembly/

::No excuse for BitMidi to have chosen to require Wasm.
HTML5 web browsers would be capable of playing the midi file natively via other means, e.g.
— https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Media_Source_ExtensionsSimilarly, MIDIjs (and additional means) are available for webpages to embed midi toward supporting midi playback by non-HTML5 web browsers.
