Can you please tell us more. Hello and Welcome.

I am not a gamer but my understanding is the joystick is a mouse like controller.

The control with a joystick, however is handled by the device communicating a direction and possibly speed that the pointer should move. At the time the joystick is adjusted, the pointer would begin to move in the direction and at the speed controlled by the device. The pointer movement would be delayed

I tried but it continues moving the mouse even without open an emulator. But thanks man for you help!

as you can see the 40% could be the mouse moving together with joystick.

            EDIT:
I solved! Only remove sudo apt-get remove xserver-xorg-input-joystick and reboot your system and works fine! Thnaks for you help guys!
