      I spent my whole computer life with Windoze and then Mint being able to right-click for more actions. Can I get it with antiX? If yes, then, how?

      Live-USB = zzz-IceWM-antiX21-runit-64-base: static persistence
      VirtualBox= zzz-IceWM-antiX21-runit-64-base

        Not on antiX. It’s just different from those.
        If you right-click in the programs, it’s the same, but not on the desktop.

        There are various Desktop Environments installable from the Package Installer (which use more RAM than the default antiX window managers), or PPC’s FT10 Transformation Pack.

        Which options do you want?

          One that comes to mind is making the panel taller.

          Live-USB = zzz-IceWM-antiX21-runit-64-base: static persistence
          VirtualBox= zzz-IceWM-antiX21-runit-64-base

            In icewm, you can make it doubled, in the settings. You can test if you like that.
            Also, if you change the theme size, that will make the task bar larger, as well. I assume you are speaking of the default, bottom, taskbar panel in icewm. There is an additional “rox-panel” that can be any size.
            (Click the image below to see the panels.)

              hello

              You might find it set at 0.
              Switch Desktop to space or zzz – fluxbox
              where right-click starts many things.
              The fluxbox toolbar height is set in the .fluxbox/init file
              at
              session.screen0.toolbar.height: 0

              Find what is just right for you, try fluxbox,
              setting it to 50 looks taller like this:

              Too; middle-click (or right-click) in fluxbox desktop has gui to delete all but one workspace management.

                Well, that got me into some trouble! How do I get back to 1 larger tray? (see attached).

                  In the start menu, go to settings > preferences > task bar > taskbardoubleheight.
                  It will be marked. Click to unmark it.

                  Then click start menu> settings > preferences > save modifications.

                  Then restart icewm, restart session, or log out & back in.

                  🙂

                    Hi Peter Linu, if you learn and experiment with a non persistent live stick you can revert by a reboot,
                    Personal remaster to save changes permanently.

                    That way you can play and learn without pain.

                      Thanx Christophe,
                      and I’m left with the double-sized panel. Wonderful!

                      Also in that last change, I lost the desktop file manager icon. How do I get that back?

                      Moddit,
                      I’m not even sure how to do what you suggest. I think I’ll just stumble along. My requests are ultimately few. I can actually see the end on the horizon.

                        Go: start menu > applications > antiX > icewm toolbar icon manager.

                        Add & remove any shortcut icon to the icewm panel/toolbar/taskbar. A very handy tool. I think you’ll like it.
