Ah! Skidoo has been on and off the forum for some time for what I gather were both personal and health reasons- from what I know from him, over the years, I don’t think he needs anyone to “take his side”, if he had something to say, he would say it himself. Best wishes for you Skidoo, I hope you do still, now and then read the forum and that you made an ironic laugh when you read what was talked about you!
Xecure is also greatly missed by me, a dear fellow here in the antiX open source world – I hope Xecure is doing well and eventually will surface again…

With all the respect, this particular choice of words was not a quote of someone’s post but rather inferred from exchange of words in this forum.

Xecure has taught me so many things about linux and antiX. Xecure is very giving as a person.
I don’t have any problems with the administrators and moderators. I am amazed at how hard they work for no money. They are all volunteers.

anticapitalista, from all the trouble around this we can read that both of them, Xecure and Skidoo are missed sadly here by many people, whatever reason they might keep from posting. Which leads to the conclusion how valued they are in the community. The rumors start since people miss them simply. Sure, it is not the best idea to speculate about what made them stop posting that abruptly, but this is quite a usual behaviour among people as long they have no explanation for something. Well, I am confident of seeing them back active some day. That’s all I can say.
Windows is like a submarine. Open a window and serious problems will start.

Please, tell the angry parents to check if their suspicions are founded at all before reporting anyone to the German Data Protection Agency, and avoid making a fool of themselves. If they can prove otherwise, I will publicly apologize to them and to Moddit (and leave this forum to no longer trigger misconduct and propagate misinformation), but I suspect they are just in an altered state of mind and aren’t able to appreciate the work and effort people here are doing for FREE, as in volunteering, and that they treat like shit. Unfortunately, I can’t repay them for all the good they’ve done for me. They are people who have a big heart and wisdom just as big, as well as other good people who help other people without looking at who.What I can do is wish Skidoo well.
And to Xecure, I hope he is well, wherever he is.
More important than whether people are participating in this forum or any other forum is whether these same people are doing well.

Infelizmente, eu não tenho como retribuir a eles todo o bem que fizeram para mim. São pessoas que possuem um grande coração e sabedoria tão grande quanto, assim como outras boas pessoas que ajudam as outras pessoas sem olhar para quem.O que eu posso fazer é desejar melhoras ao Skidoo.
E ao Xecure, eu espero que esteja bem, onde ele estiver.
Mais importante do que as pessoas estarem participando neste fórum ou em qualquer outro fórum, é saber se estas mesmas pessoas estão bem.
