Multimedia menu entry diappeared

Hi all,

Not sure how/what/why/when but mu multimedia entry has gone…disappeared for unknown reason. How do i get the multimedia entry back?

Default menus are stored in /etc/skel. Make sure you enable see hidden files while in there.
