What is the package name of our graphical logout program that has the 6 choices?

      Linux (& BSD) since 1999

Not 100% certain what you mean, but /usr/local/lib/desktop-session/desktop-session-logout will correctly logout, taking care to end various processes instead of just blindly killing the login process.

Is that what you are referring to?

Also, /usr/local/bin/desktop-session-exit offers a clean way to logout, reboot, suspend, etc.

I believe this is what you’re looking for
          desktop-session-exit

It is part of the desktop-session-antix package. I believe that the version in the package can be changed here
              https://gitlab.com/antiX-Linux/desktop-session-antix
And then there should be parts changed / updated for gtk3 and newer versions of python found here
              https://gitlab.com/antiX-Dave/desktop-session-antix
              Under the gtk3-update stream.

The app you see should be named desktop-session-exit.py or ds-exit.py which will be the guy that controls a bash cli backend named desktop-session-exit

Edit: is there a more specific question to go with the original? Something that is not working correctly?

It was to answer a question on Linux Questions, where someone was asking for something like it.

I found the git hub page for it, & included that along with the name.

(That should be enough to point them in the right direction.)
