      Hello all.

I’m trying to find a simple, easy to understand ‘written’ tutorial on using NeoVim / Vim. I find very little that I am able to wrap my old mind around.
Are there any really savvy Vim folks who can point me to An Idiots Guide for NeoVim/ Vim?

Check out https://neovim.io/doc/ for Neovim documentation and https://www.vim.org/docs.php for Vim documentation

Try using a search engine to look for additional information. For example I found this with a simple search:

          https://scotch.io/tutorials/getting-started-with-vim-an-interactive-guide

          Hope this helps

Perhaps the tutor provided by vim will help:

            :vimtutor

Yes, sir it does. I posted the following on MX and forgot to post it here:
              https://forum.mxlinux.org/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=51709&p=518003&hilit=neovim#p518003

I apologize… btw. I have found a nice multiplexing term that let’s me use vi-like bindings easily.

              It’s called ‘kitty’ see: https://forum.mxlinux.org/viewtopic.php?f=93&t=45060&p=518251&hilit=kitty#p518251

You can see the setup here:

              I’m just having too much fun… 😉
