Hi guys. How can I access my NAS? I installed PCManFM file manager, but when click “network”, it says “operation not supported ”
NAS is on the same wifi network as laptop with antiX. Help, please:-(
From what I know Connectshares function is connecting to shares hosted elsewhere, such as SMB servers.
I have been using Connectshares extensively to connect to my several NAS servers.
You might get a better answer from SamK in this forum, who developed/integrated Connectshares into antiX, or other experts. There are multiple videos made by Dolphin_Oracle how to use it…

Indeed, as Xecure already answered you can use Connectshares, already included in antiX to connect to NAS shares. For that you need to configure your NAS connection – go to Control Center and either start connection automatically or manually through Connectshares.
I have not been using PCManFM but rather SpaceFM already included in antiX. If you prefer, you can also connect directly from SpaceFM, without Connectshares configuration. If your NAS is using SMB 1.0 protocol (rather than newer SMB 2) then it must be explicitly specified in Connectshares configuration, otherwise Connectshares assumes by default it is SMB 2 and will not connect.
