Network problem

Hi everyone. I install antic 17 . When i booting from a USBdrive Internet access was work. After installation on the laptop in the settings there is a network card and Wi-Fi card. There is also a network connection. But the browser says no connection and ping in settings is not working. This same laptop works on the network if I boot into Windows. What could be the problem?

does the machine connect via wire or via wifi?

please post the output of

inxi -F

so we can see what the system sees as your hardware. Usually if things work on the live stick, the work installed as well.
