I am awaiting the arrival of my newest laptop purchase an HP 660 Notebook PC Laptop. Looking forward to putting antiX and hopefully the HDMI/DVI post will work. I can again have a TV PC.
My last one the DVI port started acting up, it was a cheap purchase so it it in the bin. shopgoodwill.com is a great website and the stores are all over the US and even the frozen tundra of Canada. for some decent older PC’s. Its in a way like ebay, you bid on the product. Have not received any defective products yet.

Wow, I’ve repeatedly found eye-popping “good deals” shopping at Goodwill Industries thrift shops in person… but didn’t realize they also operate locations in Canada.

FWIW, several of my kin have been pleased their with shopgoodwill.com purchases
(I don’t have the patience to revisit the site and followup on “auctions” after placing an initial bid. I’ve never “won” any auction I’ve attempted there.)

It arrived in perfect shape.. even had a cord this time. It had Linux Mint installed from Goodwill … works great. Happy with purchase. Just need to install antiX 17 … 🙂
