Hi,
New to AntiX (but long term Linux user and have grudgingly got used to systemd, it seems).
I want to export an NFS share, but the only information I’ve been able to find is for nfs-kernel-server which seems to have been deprecated for nfs-common, but nfs-common doesn’t include nfsd as far as I can see, and I can’t seem to find any other packages that do.
Am I being dense?

Philosophers have interpreted the world in many ways; the point is to change it.
antiX with runit - leaner and meaner.

::Which version of antiX is it ? Did you update already?
On antiX21 here$ LANG=C sudo apt info nfs-kernel-server Package: nfs-kernel-server Version: 1:1.3.4-6 Priority: optional Section: net Source: nfs-utils Maintainer: Debian kernel team <debian-kernel@lists.debian.org> Installed-Size: 350 kB Provides: knfs, nfs-server Depends: libblkid1 (>= 2.16), libc6 (>= 2.15), libcap2 (>= 1:2.10), libsqlite3-0 (>= 3.5.9), libtirpc3 (>= 1.0.2), libwrap0 (>= 7.6-4~), nfs-common (= 1:1.3.4-6), ucf, netbase, lsb-base (>= 1.3-9ubuntu3), keyutils Conflicts: knfs, nfs-server Replaces: knfs, nfs-server Homepage: https://linux-nfs.org/ Tag: admin::kernel, devel::lang:c, devel::library, implemented-in::c, interface::daemon, network::server, protocol::kerberos, protocol::nfs, role::devel-lib, role::program Download-Size: 125 kB APT-Sources: http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian bullseye/main amd64 Packages Description: support for NFS kernel server The NFS kernel server is currently the recommended NFS server for use with Linux, featuring features such as NFSv3 and NFSv4, Kerberos support via GSS, and much more. It is also significantly faster and usually more reliable than the user-space NFS servers (from the unfs3 and nfs-user-server packages). However, it is more difficult to debug than the user-space servers, and has a slightly different feature set. . This package contains the user-space support needed to use the NFS kernel server. Most administrators wishing to set up an NFS server would want to install this package.February 24, 2022 at 12:33 pm #78035Memberwonkothesane
::Oh *sigh*
I had not run apt update, it seems. I’ve been on rpm systems for too long.
Thanks.
