Hi I’ve tried updating, antix and installing pulse audio based on earlier posts, but still no luck getting sound in Firefox w/ youtube videos.
Any suggestions for getting this working? I looked at https://www.antixforum.com/forums/topic/xfce-non-esr-firefox-pulseaudio-apulse-no-autostart/ and https://antixlinux.com/forum-archive/solved-no-youtube-sound-after-dist-upgrade-t6416.html but no luck getting it working.

Could you first set up the default sound card using Control Centre > Hardware > Sound Card Chooser before launching firefox with apulse? Does it make any difference?- This reply was modified 1 year, 8 months ago by Brian Masinick.
antiX Live system enthusiast.
General Live Boot Parameters for antiX.I fiddled with sound card chooser. At first there didn’t seem to be any effect, but when I reopened my laptop just now it worked!
