Many thanks to whoever at Debian fixed the issue with dependancy,
the Tesla 470 driver installed cleanly on my sid system.
      Debian Kernel: 5.18.0-4-amd64 arch: x86_64 bits: 64 compiler: gcc v: 11.3.0

Screen tearing and glitches bye bye, at least until next updates.

Please help, will creating a file

      /etc/apt/preferences.d/05nvidia

      Content

      Package: /(nvidia)/
      Pin: release *
      Pin-Priority: -5

Will be enough to prevent further breakage, at least until I have a tested
backup image on a separate drive will work correctly.
Or is there a better/saner method.
Please do not say buy Radeon, the prices are crazy high even for very low end cards.
And it is very environmentaly unfriendly to bin a good, for my purposes anyway, card.
Micro-Star International Co., Ltd. [MSI] GK208B [GeForce GT 710]
Passive cooled card, I rebuilt the system and underclocked to be as quiet as possible
      while still giving decent performance.
