Brand new AntiX user but have some experience with Linux Mint on desktop systems.

Short version: I installed AntiX on a Nuvision Windows tablet. Works fine using a USB hub and external KB along with wired ethernet. Even the touch screen seems to work.

However, does anyone know of what I’m calling an “on-screen” or virtual keyboard program since I won’t normally be attaching a physical keyboard to the device when being used?

Long version: Successfully installed AntiX on a Nuvision Solo 10 Draw, model TM101W610L tablet with 2GB RAM and 32 GB eMMC drive. Decent 1600×1200 (actually might be 1920×1200) display using Intel HD graphics. Intel Atom X5-Z8300 CPU. Looking for an “on-screen” or virtual Keyboard program as the tablet will normally not be used with a physical KB during normal use.

I can change or use a different desktop environment if it helps but remember working with 2GB RAM so prefer nothing requiring heavy lifting. 🙂

PS: Have not tried using wi-Fi or Bluetooth yet.

Thank you. That looks like what I will need.

Thank you! I need one onboard keyboard too. I will get it tomorrow when I have nobody around on my property and it’s all calm and I can focus on such small things.
