      Hello
      I installed network manager
I configured the OpenVpn via import file
At this point its the usual, so i can manage that part.
But i do no find how to start the VPN
Im a noob so i prefer GUI over terminal
Im coming from Ubuntu, also used Bunsenlabs OS and both got the system tray VPN connection and Ubuntu has network connection option in the system settings
Let me tell ya that does help a lot for a noob like me
How can i manage to have mostly the same GUI VPN connection option in Antix?
      Thank you!

        Hello …

        Im a noob …

        … and welcome.

        … i prefer GUI over terminal …

What are you using at the fist place?

        17.4.1 or 19 beta?

        How about using search first?

If you write “wifi icon” in the search fild, on page 2, you’ll get the answer on how to add the icon to the toolbar (#21489).

Searching for the “vpn gui” would get you the answer #18700 at the first place.

Yup, I’ve read that, as well as that you already imported the configuration, but did you also read the post #18700?

                  @Danrobi

Take it as a ‘school’ for the future.
The question wasn’t here ‘just to drive you mad’.
Not every antiX version has the same programs included OOTB.
Will say, it’s essential to say for which version a solution is needed.

                  I’m glad that it worked.
