On programs that are simply downloaded and run from a script or a command, like Tor Browser and Telegram Messenger, I’m getting “Permission Denied”, either when trying to start them from the file manager or from the terminal. This is after making them executable and giving even global permissions. It’s also something new: Telegram was working fine previously, so I’m a bit mystified.
Where did you put the downlaoded scripts and post ls -l in terminal where they are located.
