Forum for users of antiX Linux. Mean and Lean and Proudly anti-fascist.
Forum › Forums › antiX-development › Development › persist-config (“remaster-antix” package) hiccup
not evident here https://gitlab.com/antiX-Linux/remaster/-/blob/master/bin/persist-config
but line 67 of the recently updated (seen in antiX19stable) persist-config script
adds a security check, limits the commands which can passed in via the –command option.
The allowed commands persist-config is expecting are mismatched with what SLiM is sending
grep shutdown /etc/slim.conf
and note that SLiM is passing “–-command halt”
Observed in both antiX19 and the 21alpha, persist-config is now emitting the error message “only… reboot and shutdown”
