Is there an up -to-date version of persistent live flash installation for Antix 21?
I’ve tried the things described in video for antix 17. Either my system saves the
changes after first boot but does not save other times or never saves the changes.

No new video that I know of. It works the same way since then.
Which software did you use to make the live-usb that you are using?
In addition to that first question, please describe in detail the exact steps you are taking from the bootup onwards, which version of the ISO file is on your live-usb, and how your live system is behaving, and what you are expecting.
