      Hi,

I tried to customise Plank preferences but I can’t change or modify anything!

This is what I got in terminal:

How did you install plank? https://packages.debian.org/stretch/libplank-common
        `
        apt-cache policy libplank-common

        should reveal all.

Like normal package install, as usual: sudo apt-get install plank…

            Can You show

            inxi -Fxzr

Next so we can see what you are running? Just trying to get a general idea here on what the problem may be.

Also. Might try a a different gtk theme using antix control center > Desktop > Change GTK theme

To see if this fixes your problem.

              It didn’t work:

              “bash: inxi: command not found”

BTW, I’m not in a full Antix iso: https://www.antixforum.com/forums/topic/net-install-minimum-install/ if it help… Maybe there is something missing…

Tried Gufw, but it even didn’t launch… (I will post this issue later in a next separate thread)…

Same for Feh to set a wallpaper, (didn’t launch) but later replace it with Nitrogen…

                Is dbus-x11 installed ?

                For the inxi-problem:
                apt-get install smxi-inxi-antix

                apt-get install gufw-legacy
                for gufw.

Yeah. Net isos are not my forte. You are probably lacking something. What? Beats me.

                  Might help. Might not.

I have apt-rdepends installed on my laptop. But on this laptop. I am using jessie. So.

                  harry@biker:~
                  $ apt-rdepends libplank-common
                  Reading package lists... Done

                  Jessie don’t carry plank.
