      The option is now available into Icewm V3.3.0

      Add preference ToolTipIcon to control the icon in tooltips.

      … And a nice improvement nanosvg
      Add support for nanosvg as a replacement of librsvg:
      configure – -disable-rsvg – -enable-nanosvg.

      … But unfortunately, no ToolTip option to control the text in tooltips (ToolTipText on/off) too. (or maybe I miss the option ?)
