As far as the Portuguese Forum, I believe it is now accessible; I can see your message and those of many others.
Hopefully my initial message requesting this section is now accessible there too.

In order to resolve the video questions, we’re going to need either someone fluent in Portuguese to create videos specific to this group or someone who is multilingual and has time to transcribe or replace the work of Dolphin Oracle – or provide something equivalent for those who speak other tongues. Though at one time I knew how to do localization on UNIX systems over twenty years ago, that skill does not help me do anything with videos. I do my best to help others; this one *I* need help so we can be of service to more people.
