      It seems I need that file to do something in freedos, but when I try to install it, I get

      $ sudo apt install libguestfs
      [sudo] password for kaye:
      Reading package lists... Done
      Building dependency tree... Done
      Reading state information... Done
      E: Unable to locate package libguestfs

      Is it possible to install it or is it better not to install it lest I mess up my antiX ?

      Thank you

        There are a lot of packages from the source libguestfs
        https://packages.debian.org/search?lang=en&suite=bullseye&searchon=names&keywords=libguestfs
        You might need one of these .
        There’s no debian package avalaible called libguestfs

          kaye, libguestfs is fulfilled by the package “libguestfs0”

          sudo apt install libguestfs0

          After installing that you can immediately retry your freedos operation…..

          but you might want to read
          $ man guestfs
          to see the associated available commands and their individual specific manpages.
          Here’s a portion copied from man guestfs:
