looks like their security key expired.

try running this and see if it clears up the repo.

sudo apt-key adv –keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80 –recv-keys 931FF8E79F0876134EDDBDCCA87FF9DF48BF1C90

well, they appear to have changed their keys.

I would disable the spotify repo for now. that should at least let your updates go through.
