Try using repo manager and select a different antix repo mirror (Control Centre > Maintenance > Repo manager).

I can confirm all mxrepo.com related mirrors have this error. Do we have to download a new GPG key?

Not long ago a similar error came to us, reason a discrepancy between computer time and server time.
maybe worth checking as in much of europe at least winter time causing problems again.
