Skidoo shows now as ‘Anonymous’??? If the reason is that some moderator did not like what he might have said, skidoo has a tremendous history of contribution to antiX development and could you please consider that his username be restored?…

Neither there was any reason to dislike what skidoo might has said nor to delete the account for any moderator or administrator.
We all know about skidoo’s contribution to antiX development and to the forum.We all hope that skidoo might will return soon.
I’m afraid there is no way to restore the user name if it was deleted from the user side.

I can assure you that nobody removed skidoo’s account here; anticapitalisa was first to notice; I was second.

I found a potential log source that I intend to review to see if I can figure out what happened.

Meanwhile best wishes to skidoo and all of his family and close friends; hopefully he’s doing better; I am hopeful that he found a treatment for his condition; in any case his presence is missed by many indeed!

I finally found a SINGLE reference in the Clean Talk Spam logs that provided me with a record from skidoo and an Email address.
I wrote to skidoo, hoping to hear back from him. Assuming the Email works and I do hear back, we can attempt to either restore his access or grant him another account.
Keep your fingers crossed; I’m hoping we do hear back from one of our most helpful forum members!
